About Kat Dominianni

Phawaran “Kat” Dominianni is a licensed as a New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson and a Member of the National Association of REALTORS®, North Central Jersey Assoiation of REALTORS®, and Garden State Multiple Listing Service. Kat enjoys selling homes to anyone looking to relocate.

Kat graduated from Thammasat University, Bangkok, Thailand with a Bachelor of Law. Before she became a real estate agent in New Jersey, she worked for MDX Real Estate Public Company in Bangkok as a legal assistant, along with owning a clothing store.

With all her experiences and a full service mindset, Kat’s goal is to serve her clients to the best of her ability and exceed their expectations. Kat was born and grew up in Thailand. She came to the USA in 2009 to study English as a second language at Montclair University and Seton Hall Uninversity. She is bilingual in English and Thai. In 2011 Kat and her husband bought a “fixer upper” 1850’s miners home in Chester. She has an eye for seeing protential for distressed homes and has some great ideas for renovatating homes. Her expertise is in Morris and Somerset County community, schools, shops, transportation and people in Chester area.

In her spare time, Kat enjoys cooking Thai food, Gardening, Decorating, Photography, Yoga and Traveling.
