Carolyn A. Fahey

As a Broker-Owner of Fahey Realtors, Carolyn focuses on delivering customized solutions and exceptional service to clients for all of their real estate needs. With over 14 years in the business, Carolyn has completed over 225 transactions and has developed an expertise in listing and selling homes, land development, high-end new construction, and a variety of re-sales in the Somerset Hills.

As the third daughter of Angela and Richard Fahey, the company’s founders, Carolyn has been exposed to the Real Estate industry throughout her life. As the owner, she takes pride in continuing their tradition of integrity and “treating clients like family” to deliver the ultimate client experience.

Carolyn is a graduate of Bernards High School and Colgate University Magna Cum Laude.  She holds her NJ and NY Real Estate Licenses, her NJ Broker’s License as well as the Series 7 and Series 63 Registrations in Securities. Prior to joining the family business, Carolyn spent five years with Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York City where she served as Vice President in the Private Wealth Marketing Division.

In her spare time, she serves as Board President of PS108, a non-profit yoga studio in Bedminster, co-chair of the Visiting Nurses Association Golf Classic, and Carolyn is an active member of Heartworks, One Love Organization and Impact 100.  Carolyn’s passion for sports inspires her to volunteer coach for “Girls on the Run” (a self-esteem/running program for young girls) and also the St. Elizabeth’s young boys basketball team.  Carolyn enjoys golf at Roxiticus Golf Club, tennis, yoga, spending time with family and interior design.

Angela A. Fahey

Steinar lives in Pottersville, NJ with his wife, Carolyn Fahey. Throughout his years, Steinar has enjoyed extensive international travel for work and pleasure. Most of this travel is to exotic locations such as South Korea, China, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Brazil, and Norway.

Steinar has an MBA in International Marketing and eCommerce strategy from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in International Marketing from Hiram College. Steinar also spent one year with the University of Maryland in Seoul, Korea.

Agatha Pyznar

Aggie Pyznar brings a wealth of experience to her sales associate position at Fahey Realtors. Raised in Hunterdon County, a resident of Basking Ridge for five years, a resident of Bernardsville for another 5 years and currently residing in Mendham for the past 5 years, Aggie has a great knowledge of the surrounding neighborhoods and area.

Aggie’s real estate background includes working extensively as a project manager with a development company where she’s done commercial and residential remodeling, reconstruction, and new home construction. Aggie has also spent the last 8 years involved with a large residential subdivision. For the buyer looking for open land or renovation projects, her experience and foresight, help provide many ideas for potential improvements. Over eight years of project management experience in the multimedia business affords her leadership, organization and strong communication skills.

The thorough understanding of the construction process coupled with Aggie’s passion for architecture and client fulfillment provides all of her clients with the professional assistance and direction that is so essential when selecting ones home. Kelly P. Swon

Kelly has 15+ years of professional sports experience, specifically in sales and marketing, and brings those analytical skills to you and your family in searching for your next home.  Having grown up in Basking Ridge, Kelly currently calls  Bernardsville “home.”  Her vast local knowledge, combined with her attention to detail and true passion for the beautiful homes and property in this area, sets her apart.

Kelly has worked for Major League Baseball, the National Hockey League, the NJ Devils, Tough Mudder and Universal Music Group.  Her ability to listen to the wants and needs of her clients has afforded her tremendous success in growing their various businesses.  Having been a DI college hockey player, Kelly understands the meaning of hard work and dedication.  Kelly is genuinely passionate about local architecture and design; she prides herself on knowing the market and truly understanding a client’s needs.

Kat Dominianni

Phawaran “Kat” Dominianni is a Real Estate Agent of Fahey Realtors. Licensed as a New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson and a Member of the National Association of Realtors, North Central Jersey Assoiation of Realtors, and Garden State Multiple Listing Service, Kat enjoys selling homes to anyone looking to relocate.

Kat graduated from Thammasat University, Bangkok, Thailand with a Bachelor of Law. Before she became a real estate agent in New Jersey, she worked for MDX Real Estate Public Company in Bangkok as a legal assistant, along with owning a clothing store.

With all her experiences and a full service mindset, Kat’s goal is to serve her clients to the best of her ability and exceed their expectations. Kat was born and grew up in Thailand. She came to the USA in 2009 to study English as a second language at Montclair University and Seton Hall Uninversity. She is bilingual in English and Thai. In 2011 Kat and her husband bought a “fixer upper” 1850’s miners home in Chester. She has an eye for seeing protential for distressed homes and has some great ideas for renovatating homes. Her expertise is in Morris and Somerset County community, schools, shops, transportation and people in Chester area.
